American Kenpo
American Kenpo is the most comprehensive and accessible self defense program in the country. The methods taught have real world application and compliment the inherent and natural instincts we all have to defend ourselves. The system is effective, realistic, and proven on both the street and the battlefield.
This class allows students to stay current with the skills learned in the self-defense programs. It also provides an environment for anyone that wants to learn how to hit under the supervision of an instructor.
